LS C&S may collect and use the following information:

• Account creation information – Visitors who wants to register as a partner on our website should provide personal information such as name, email address, ID, password, and company information such as company name, representative name to create an account.
• Contact information - We may collect contact information such as name, company name, department, e-mail address and phone number or other contact information that you may voluntarily submit to us: job title, function, country, language preference, business phone, mobile phone, fax number, fields of interest, company type, number of employees, IP address to communicate with you in accordance with contract or services you have requested or have been interested in. Visitors of the site can choose not to enter any personal information.
• Requests – We may collect your contact information and details of your comments, requests and questions to respond.
• Activity records – When you participate in activity such as training, certification and events, we may collect your contact information and the information of program, training, certificate or activities in which you participated.

LS C&S, a global company headquartered in Korea, may share your personal data to headquarter, affiliates and/or subsidiaries only when it is relevant to the stated purposes.

Data Transfers

Your personal data we collect from you may be stored and managed in Korea. Korea has not sought nor received a finding of “adequacy” from the European Commission under Article 45 of the GDPR. We use Model Clauses which is approved by European Commission in order to adduce adequate safeguards with respect to the protection of privacy and fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals for the transfer of the personal data. Retention of Personal Data

We will retain your information only for as long as is necessary for the stated purposes.
